Turbo tax keeps telling me I haven’t filed.

I completed my return on Apr 30 and paid both Turbotax and what I owed CRA, Email confirmations confirm both. I Filed through Turbo tax with Netfile. Yet I keep getting Emails saying I haven’t filed yet and that I still owe on my Turbotax account. 
I’m confused and a bit frustrated, this is my third or fourth year with Turbo and never had this issue. How do I get Turbo tax to recognize what’s been done with CRA?

Turbo tax keeps telling me I haven’t filed.

Verify that the email comes from TurboTax.ca and not.com. If it is from .com- please go to the bottom of the email and unsubscribe.

It comes from a no reply address turbotax.intuit.ca .

Unfortunately, all you can do is go to the bottom of the email and unsubscribe.

For anyone else having the same concern I did. Look into it and DO NOT just unsubscribe and disregard like recommended here. We ended up discovering months later that our netfile didn't actually go through somehow and finding out just now after the CRA notified us. Would've been nice to have received better help on this matter back when it could have helped us.
