Why is the top menu bar so small and tiny print, can it be made bigger to see the buttons?

You can't change the size of the top menu bar in TurboTax. 

You can try these steps for Windows settings, which might help:

If the top menu buttons (File, Edit, View, etc.) are still too small, you need to tell Windows to "stretch" the program so it's easier to see.

Close TurboTax.

Right-click the TurboTax icon on the desktop and select Properties.

Go to the Compatibility tab.

Click the button that says "Change high DPI settings."

At the bottom, check the box: "Override high DPI scaling behaviour."

OR

In the dropdown menu below that, select "System (Enhanced)."

Click OK and restart TurboTax. This usually "pops" the menu bar into a much more readable size.

Go to Start > Settings > System > Display.

Under Scale & Layout, increase the percentage (e.g., from 100% to 125% or 150%).

This will make every button and menu in every program (including TurboTax) larger.
