Turbo Tax says computer doesn't meet minimum specs to install and run the program

TurboTax says the processor needs to be 2GHZ or higher to install and run the program. My processor's base speed is 1GHZ but will routinely run at 2GHZ or higher if the computer needs the resources. This is a brand new laptop and is very fast. Please advise if there is any way around this to install TurboTax. Thanks.

TurboTax software 2GHz or higher to install, installation required 2 processor can run anywhere from between 2 and 2.5GHz. With .00 GHz It won’t stay constant and which is causing this issue. Visit Windows Support for help updating your computer. 

Minimum requirements needs to be meet in order for a successful installation of the software.
