TurboTax 2017 21 digit installation key

Hello,

I've downloaded turbo tax 2017 software but at the bottom it doesn't show the 21 digit code, I've redownloaded multiple times to hope that it would appear but none the wiser as it doesn't show up.

Could I please get a 21 digit code?
