I've attempted to submit my return but I keep getting the message "There is an update available for your version of TurboTax. Before you can file electronically, you'll need to get this update..." I've attempted to update several times, but get the message "your software is up to date". Why can't I submit my return?
You will not be able to submit your tax return until February 24, 2020, when Netfile opens. This is likely why you are getting this message. Furthermore, we are still in the process of updating certain forms in the software as well.
So please be patient and come back on February 24th; start at the "Review" section and navigate through to successfully file your tax return to the CRA.
