    Turbotax 2020 Does Not Run

    After installation Turbotax desktop 2020 does not run. A blank white popup appears and stops.

     

    All other turbox years prior and after work fine.

     

    Removing and reinstalling doesn't make any difference.

     

    Any suggestions to fix. Is there a way to do a "thorough" removal before trying to install again?
