turbotax 2023 cd/dvd tries to maintain or upgrade TurboTax 2022

I purchased a cd 2023 TurboTax standard version at Costco and installshield wizard wants to maintain or upgrade TurboTax 2023.  How do I get a new cd version with the proper 2023 version?  I don't want to use the online version.

Not sure if I am asking this question in the right place.

I just purchased today from Costco and it is the Standard 2023 Tax Year but says - TurboTax2022 Install a new language of the Product or Maintain or upgrade an existing language of the Product. I see from others that I can get a CD sent to me. How long will that take?

You can download your TurboTax software from here- if you'd like a replacement CD sent to you please let us know and we will send you an email with the required information.
