Hi Turbotax Team,
I was able to successfully file my 2022 tax return (and received the NETFILE confirmation number), however, after that, I can not enter my account anymore. When I enter my username and password, it says user not found! I even tried and called your call center two times to instruct me how to recover my account but it wasn't helpful at all. They said my account is in inactive mode and send me an account recovery link. After submitting the account recovery form, again I received an email saying that the user was not found! with no further instruction. Sorry, but I feel your call center agents either don't understand my problem or are not trained to solve my issue. Can you please help me?
P.S: This is a temporary account that I just created to be able to post this question.
