Dear Admin, after trying the helpline phone number,( which did not work), I logged in, went to online help chat and found a useful helper who, after asking me for all the same data I already input into my 2 refund cases I opened, was able to approve my refund. He said it would br another 2-3 weeks for funds to be refunded. For 2 months i had relied on your official refund system to process my refund.. and it alwsys showed “open” with no further info or questions to me . That is unacceptable, but I am glad the person on the chatline help resolved my issue. Regards.
