Turbotax import data function hangs

The last step is a final  approval with 2 buttons

Allow and Block

By mistake I clicked block and any subsequent data import

hangs up on this form without the 2 buttons.

I think this is a program bug.

Desktop version.

I have tried help but do not get, send you to outside company

that requires monthly fee. recurring and we all know how hard to 

stop such.  Intuit seems to believe that there are no bugs

and therefore not providing means to report bugs. I also doubt this outside

entity would help,

I did remove program incl data from PC and reinstall from old download

but still hangs on same spot.

So some data are kept somewhere since I did not have to enter license code

and old inputs were there.

I do need help with this, thanks.

Do you have any screenshots or error codes that you're seeing? Reply below with the images if so. If not, contact support so we can get a full picture of what is going on and report it appropriately.
