Open TurboTax
I just paid to upgrade my account to turbotax live, after waiting a while I was connected to an agent but they're not responding to my chat. It's showing that the messages are going through (time stamp and check mark icon) but no one has responded in the last 15 minutes. How can I get this resolved so I can get help with my tax filing?
