Can an expert follow up? What is the contact information for the support system team? I resubmitted the forms and they still state the recalculated amount is due- which means the TurboTax Live tax expert made an error. As I was charged with a penalty and interest, and as per the TurboTax conditions, TurboTax will need to follow up and pay the penalty and interest. Please let me know if you require additional information.
