Hello TurboTax,
I purchased TY24 last year, for use with my spouse and myself, for completion of 2 tax returns total.
There was an Error code 608 last year, my spouse could not download to her computer (as was able to do so in past years).
Has this issue been resolver for TY25?
How do I work around this issue if not?

Error 608 occurs if you are not downloading the product from the right account. You do need to log in to the right account and download the product from there.
TurboTax Desktop for Tax Year 2025 allows one account per license code. As of the last tax season, you must log into your TurboTax account or create one to use your software.
The process of installing TurboTax Desktop on three Windows operating systems has not changed and remains the same.
