I purchased TurboTax 2023, activated it and used it to file three tax returns in the spring. Today I attempted to run the software to check on something and it says I need to activate my product again. I have my Product Key but am unable to enter it. It says I have to log in first, and when I do it says it has to verify that I'm not a robot, but it doesn't work properly. It says "Complete the below challenge then select continue to sign in", but there's just a blank space and then a Continue button. I assume there's supposed to be some sort of "I'm not a robot" checkbox, but it doesn't show up. I need to know how to resolve this or my software is useless and my tax information inaccessible. Help!
