I am receiving the error message below, when I try to connect to Revenu Quebec to download tax data for my 2024 Taxation Year return. I am using last year's (2023 Taxation Year) Notice of Assessment number when prompted for the connection. I have cleared browser cookies and restarted computer. I am using Turbotax Standard desktop version 00.01.52 Build 5005 068G23.

We suggest trying to clear cookies and cache and using a different browser when logging into the Revenue Quebec account. Also make sure that your internet connection is steady.
