Unable to file due to false Tuition Transfer

I am filing for both myself and my wife. She is a student with tuition fees, a T2202 form.

However when I attempt to finish and file to complete the return process, a page forcing an upgrade to Deluxe will always pop up saying "You're almost done! Because your return includes tuition transfer, you need to upgrade before we can file."

The issue is that we are NOT doing any form of tuition transfer. The box labelled "Transfer of tuition..." is unchecked and we have no information regarding any tuition transfer as part of our return. It is stated clearly that Tuition is part of the simple tax forms found in the Free Version.

After rechecking every step and trying various troubleshooting steps nothing seemed to work. I called the support line and spoke with an agent. I explained my situation and even shared my screen through the online app. I walked him through the steps I took and showed that I indeed had no tuition transfer. Unfortunately he was mostly silent and had no idea how to resolve my issue. After a few minutes on hold he returned stating the only thing he could think of is that the T2202 form is too advanced for the free version.

I surely shouldn't be forced to upgrade and pay for a form that is stated to be free. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
