Hi, I am unable to access live expert. When I click on the live-expert icon at the bottom left, I get a prompt to ask a question. When I submit a question I am asked if I want a call back from the live expert. When I click on call back and enter my phone and email id - it gives an error. Product - turbo tax 2020 live assist and review.
