updating

I recently ( 1 Mar. 2020 ) downloaded using the CD....when I check for updates I get the error code.....checking the site it say that the site updated on the 27 of Feb. 2020.....so the question is...do I need to update or reinstall using my cd or am I updated as is?

You'll have to uninstall TurboTax 2019, reboot your computer and reinstall TurboTax 2019 from the download link below. The TT805 error is fixed!  You can download TurboTax 2019 here:  https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/product-information/help/where-can-i-download-the-cd-...
