We did not get a 16digit license code in the box we purchased from Costco. How do we contact Turbo Tax?
Because this is a retail purchase from Costco rather than a direct purchase from Intuit, you must first contact Costco to resolve the license code issue.
If that does not work, please contact our product support with proof of purchase (a receipt) so that they can look into it.
