When I enter the numbers for my new business (partnership) do I enter the full business numbers or half, as my partner will be filing her own taxes?

You will split the partnership income 50/50. The main thing you will have to add the partnership on your return your share A will be (50%) and  the partner will be Friend B (50%), and vice versa on the other one. For more information please review this CRA link: Partnership.
