When I went to Netfile, I received the following error: "This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it." Is anyone else getting this error?

As of today March 27, 2025 it's still not working. Receiving the message despite following your suggestions. Please advise what is going on. Thank you

We are aware of this issue, and our development team is working on a resolution. Currently we don't have any ETA. Once it is resolved, we will update you in this thread. We appreciate your patience.

I requested a call back. After explaining the issue, I was asked to copy and file the returns again. I was given a coupon code that worked for both returns. This time I was successful with no problems. Waiting for a fix is not an option. Thank you, phone support!

What is the phone number that we can call to get a call back and get them to issue us a credit for the returns that are showing used incorrectly (2 for me), and then recreate the returns in a new file and submit?  Please let us know, as I cannot wait for another few weeks for TurboTax to get their act together.  Thank you.

Go to the FAQs on the top right of page. There is a Contact us option. I asked for a call back after describing my issue. The team is pretty prompt.

This is my first time using TurboTax software, and i can believe how bad this software is. Its Tax season, and how this can be happen? I had use 3 different computers still the same issue. Can this be resolved ASAP please.
