Where do I enter professional liability insurance? Under the field 'Fees subject to taxes?' or at the bottom of the page?

I entered the Professional fee under the "Union or Professional Membership Fees" page of turbo tax under the 'Fees subject to taxes.'

There is tax attached to the insurance fee. Do I enter this fee in the same section (Fees subject to taxes)? OR, at the bottom of the "Union or Professional Membership Fees" page, there is one data entry field for professional liability insurance.

Yes, you can enter the full amount in the same section you entered the fees.
