Why does it say my social insurance number is incorrect when it is correctly inputted?
An invalid SIN or SIN/surname problem report identifies invalid or missing social insurance numbers (SINs) or valid SINs with surnames that do not match. We suggest double-checking the information that CRA has on their record.
We also advise clearing your cookies and cache or using a different browser if you are using the online version.
