Open TurboTax
Hi Admin,
I just wanna share my experience while doing taxes for someone after carefully entering my clients information and submit it electronically using our TurboTax software. My client have an owing of ,6000 in her CRA and she must have a refund of 14000+ this 2025 tax year but end up with nothing but owing was covered only. She must get 8000+ since her owing was only 6000 right?
How to make this right?
No, if the CRA assessed her return and she never did get a refund, then there was something missing or not entered correctly on their tax return. You must look at the NOA to see where the difference is.
Was it a calculation issue? Can you please provide more details?
