I clicked the arrow "back" many times and now the software is asking me to start everything from scratch but on the left I can see my potential refund. What to do?

You can still see your potential refund because all of the information you have previously entered is still saved in your tax return.

You can use the left hand navigation menu to jump forward the pages where you left off before pressing the back button.

Alternatively you can press continue through the pages that you have already filled out and continue adding information when you reach a page you have not seen before.
