Once you have upgraded, unfortunately, you cannot downgrade; therefore use this link to start a new Standard return.
Please take note: If you accept any promotions or offers throughout your tax return, expect additional charges at the end, on the payment screen.

I would suggest you bunch them up in groups for each family member (if applicable); ie - Jim-Dentist, Suzie-Medication, Doris-glasses, type of thing.
Otherwise, if there is only you then claim under groups such as Dentist, Medication, etc. Please make sure you keep your receipts in case the CRA requests them later.

"Fair market value" would mean your friend is paying you the same rent you would get if you rented it out to a tenant but if your friend is paying you less than what you would get from a tenant than that is considered "below" fair market value. It's not vital, but try again; but this time, log into your MyCRA account separately from your software then log out. Then go back to your tax return and try again. Otherwise, simply enter your Tslips & information manually.

All 8 tax returns must be completed in the same online account, otherwise, the code will not work.
Standard Edition only: If you accept any upgrades or promotional offers while doing your tax return, this will create a surcharge at the end, on the payment screen.
If this is not the case then please reach out to us via private message on our Facebook or Twitter page for further assistance, providing us with 3 things;
