thank you that's what i told them but they keep saying there is nothing to send me. If they continue to not supply it to me what else can i do?

so the employer voided the 1099NEC with the IRS but didnt send me a voided 1099. he said that i should just throw out the 1099 i received. does that sound right...

Thank you.i used turbo tax to efile the 1099s to the IRS. Does TurboTax have the capability to allow me to efile the 1099s to NJ?
