The tuition was paid in 2018 for the 2018 tax year...so still doesn't make sense that the carryforward amount is showing as nil transferrable.

The review warns nil tuition can be transferred to a parent's return, even though the student return shows a carryforward amount of $4K. Can the 4K be transferred?
