How do I acquire a t4 that I am missing?

Call the company that issued it and ask for a copy, or call CRA for the amounts.  Have your last year notice of assessment handy to identify yourself.  1-800-959-8281

You can ask the slip issuer to send or resend.
If you have My Account you can verify it has been received by CRA abs obtain a copy.
Failing that you may call CRA but good luck right now.
Failing that, submit an estimated set of entries on the T4 slip screen, based on your last payslip.
