Should i file multiple years at once or one at a time, and wait for the reassessment information?

And if I should file one at a time, should I start with the oldest or the newest?

Depending on how old they are, you will have to mail some of them.  If you have to mail some of them, mail them all.  Start with the oldest so you can pick up any carry forwards for the next year.

I can file them all electronically (I have Taxtron for some years, Turbotax for others.) Does this change anything?

You will have to fill in your personal details and carry forwards manually from Taxtron to TurboTax.
