My sent tax is completely wrong and need some to help me fix it

i had a problem with my income from pensions it wont let me fix the only pension income i get from canada pension  and it shows all kinds of pension income from other sources

If you have already filed your return you will need to wait for your Notice of Assessment and if CRA hasn't seen the error then you will need to do an adjustment as follows:
