Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) is a type of Social Assistance provided by the Alberta Government. You should receive a T5007 tax slip that you will need to file your income tax return. If you do not receive this slip by the end of February, you should contact AISH or your own worker and request it.
The following instructions explain how to enter the tax slip in TurboTax. And remember, you'll want to file before the filing deadline so any benefits you are entitled to are issued on time 🙂
