You will not actually be making a claim for your three dependants (kids) as there is no longer a dependant claim available on your tax return. If you are a single parent you are eligible to claim the "Amount for an Eligible Dependant" for one of your children.

What you will be claiming are "Childcare Expenses", which are the wages (or equivalent) that you pay to your Nanny. You do not claim your nanny as any type of dependant and she must file her own tax return reporting the income she earns from you.

If you have registered for a Payroll Account with CRA and have your nanny on that payroll, you must issue her a T4 and you may only claim the maximum amount of childcare allowed per child.
