    I downloaded Turbotax 2018 for Windows but require Turbotax 2018 for Mac

    I do not wish to use the online version so I would like a refund

    I downloaded Turbotax 2018 for Windows but require Turbotax 2018 for Mac

    TurboTax CD/Download only works with PC. TurboTax Online is compatible with Macs, but you can't use TurboTax CD/Download codes with TurboTax Online. Here are the ways you can request a refund: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647900
