Do I need to Claim profits made in an RRSP/Mutal Fund for this year

I put money into an RRSP this year and got a tax slip for my contributions. However my RRSP did make some money but this is not on the contributions slip. Do I need to claim this as well?

No, anything that is earned inside a "registered" account does not get reported on your tax return. Registered accounts include Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSP), Registered Retirement Income Funds (RRIFs) and Tax-Free Savings Accounts (TFSAs).
