Who should claim the climate action incentive? Spouse or myself?
The CAI has no income restrictions so it's completely up to you. If one of you has a balance owing and the other a refund, consider having the spouse with the balance owing claim the credit to reduce the amount you'll need to pay out of pocket. Otherwise, completely up to you - the same amount will apply regardless of who claims it.
