During my 1st pitstop at TT, I recall that there'r experts who could check my return. Why that offer not made b4 the last but 1 step instead of the Audit/Identity option?
The last but 1 step before sending in is: Are you sure or would you like an expert to review your return (last chance)? Do you want to add Audit and Identity theft insurance (last but 1 step)?

The ad may come at the end of the process, but you
can add Assist & Review at anytime to your TurboTax Online return by
clicking on the Upgrade link at the bottom of the left side menu or by clicking
on the Live Tax Advice button in the top right corner. You can also choose Assist
& Review when you start your return if you start from our sales page and
select the I’d Like Expert Help tab. https://turbotax.intuit.ca/personal-tax-software/online-tax-software.jsp
FYI: Assist & Review is not available to
customers outside of Canada.
