Line 476 of your T1 is Tax Instalment amount. In the "Find" icon top right of the screen, type in "Tax instalment". This will open the screen needed to enter in your amount.
Make sure you have answered the question under your Home & Other Property in the Profile section - did you make tax instalment payments for 2018? YES - Enter the total in quarterly tax instalments that you made to the CRA during 2018. This does not include payments made for your 2017 taxes.
