How do I change that I have not used TuboTax before too yes I have. CRA will not except my tax return until I fix question.

- Select My Info>[Your Name]’s Personal Information from the left side menu.

- Scroll to the bottom.

- Answer NO to the 2nd last question “Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?”.

- Click the Continue button to save, and then try to file again (File>CRA Online Mail).
