    Turbo Tax allowed both my wife and I to claim the CAI This should have been caught. Now CRA will think I am trying to scam them

    Used TT to complete returns and TT allowed both os us to claim CAI.  Didn't know it was only one per house.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.  The Canada Revenue Agency will disallow the claim for one of you but there shouldn't be any penalty to either one of you.
