2016 Reassessment

Good day,

I completed my daughter's 2016 income tax return back in Mar 2017. She just received a letter of reassessment. It appears the program put her entire CPP paid ($1,168.69) on her income of $27,110, as an overpayment of CPP. There were a couple other errors that benefitted her, $377.06. So they now say she owes the difference, $935.48, plus interest of $165.48 for a total of $1,100.96 by 1 Apr or she'll be charged more interest.

How do we submit this to Intuit for them to cover, as part of their 100% guarantee?
