Caregiver amount

I was not aware that I could claim a caregiver amount for my elderly parents who live with me.  Can I get some help to do this (I am thinking I need to add this for the last 4-5 years) and for my sister who is now on disability and also lives with me.

For tax returns from 2017 You would need to change them using the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)’s My Account service or send in a request by mail, using a completed Form T1-ADJ, T1 Adjustment Request.
