You can only claim one person as a dependant. That person is either your spouse or an Eligible Dependant. For further details, please visit our TurboTax article: Claiming the Amount for an Eligible Dependant Credit.
If the person, who receives Ontario Disability Support Program, relies on you to regularly and consistently provide them with some or all of the basic necessities of life, such as food, shelter, and clothing, and meets the eligibility criteria, you can also claim Canada Caregiver Credit (CCC).
