Husband claiming wife

it does not ask when entering my husband's info 'are you eligible to claim the spousal amount?'.  I was asked when entering my info and I said NO so I want to make sure my husband is claiming the spousal credit as I did not work in 2014.

It may not need to ask if you said no and the returns are joined.  Go ahead and finish both returns and then check the detailed tax summary under the review tab.

Thanks!  I went ahead and completed the returns...checked it using the 'forms' option and it was included.

I am NOT filing his return and do not wish to claim him.  How do I get the spousal deduction OFF
