    My wife is Thai living in Thailand and earned 9840$ for 2021. Should I claim married or single?

    Do I have a choice of claiming single or married if I married a woman in another country?

    No. You are still married even if your spouse lives in another country. You can use all zeros as her SIN, ex: 000000000
