At the step of submission of the declaration and when I press the button "No, Thank you" for the question of "Protection in the case of verification", the program returns me to the "Form" mode instead of allowing me to submit the declaration.
If your software has the most recent updates and you are still having issues, contact our technical support team for further assistance as they have the option to view your screen to help find a solution. If the agent is unable to assist, request to have it "escalated" to a higher level and ask the agent to provide you with a Case# for follow up.
