After filing net file I noticed line 25200 was droped

I have non-capital loses for prior years, line 25200 which shows in the pdf of my completed tax return.  However, after netfiling and checking on the cra site I noticed the refund about was different that what turbo tax reported.  At closer inspection it appears the amount I have in 25200 did not make it through netfile.  The cra site has the wrong taxable income.

Please explain.

If your PDF copy shows that you had included the Non-Capital Losses on Line 25200, your NetFile should not have dropped this amount. TurboTax cannot see what has happened with your return after NetFiling so you will need to contact CRA and ask for an explanation.  It may say in the print section of your Notice Of Assessment (NOA) that this amount was not allowed, and this could be due to CRA not having that same information about your Non-Capital Losses.
