If you decide after paying that you do not want these features, you'll have to contact our Customer Support team for a refund. If you have not paid for your return and would like to just continue on using the Free version of TurboTax, you'll have to start a new free return.
I am not able to remove Plus benefits even if i start a new return (or) in review order page. There is no remove option & i get only payment screen. Please help
I'm really confused by this interface. I'm using TurbotTax online and I checked out the help menu before starting a new return. One of it's options stated a "plus" bundle which included talking to a specialist. When I selected that option it said I need to pay only when I file the return and I'll be charged an amount per return. However, clicking the "talk to specialist" button took me back to the main page where I can start a new return.
I'm not really sure what's the state of my account. Have I added the plus package already? Will I be charged an additional amount per return? If I wish to keep the bundle, how do I access the specialist? Will I gain access only after starting a new return? If I don't want the bundle how do I remove it? Is the plus bundle a global configuration which applies to all subsequent returns in my account or can I opt for it per return.
There are many unanswered questions and I'd appreciate it if TurboTax could provide some clarity on this.
You have to start a new return from fresh. I logged out and logged in again, started fresh and the free one came up without the bundle.
But don't you get all that except maybe phone support with the free version?
