The forms that must be mailed can be found in your file that you can print and/or view. The same page should be part of your file. Please see the instructions below, but you can view your .pdf file without printing, then scroll through the pages to find the page noted in your question: "You've e-filed, but don't forget to mail in these forms". Remember that any forms or tax documents you mail to the IRS, you should also keep a copy of such as W2s or 1099s.
Hi, This just happened to me as I didn't have a printer close by since I was e-filing on my phone app. I don't see it on my return that I have to print the forms. I'm confused and I tried calling turbo tax and the rep told me not to worry about it. but it seems like it's something important if it said not to skip this step. How do I know what forms they were asking from me if I can't go back?

I'm not sure what forms it was. After I e-filed, that window popped up saying "you've e-filed, but don't forget to mail in these forms." I'll try to put the pic I took of it. I was in the car so didn't have a printer. hopefully someone can help me figure it out.

What is the TurboTax phone number?
I did talk to someone yesterday and they told me not to worry about it. I don’t quite believe that so I wanted to find help from someone else. I guess I’ll try calling again and hopefully someone can actually help me. Thank you.
This is the same message I received. I'm not sure why I still have to mail something in if I paid to e-file.
I received the same message. I'm unsure as to why I still have to mail my taxes in if I've already paid to e-file them.
What they posted was just a picture of the message received, no personal information is on the page. This is actually my exact question I'm trying to find answers to. Can you take a look at the picture and advise what should be done?
We aren't able to know what forms need to be mailed here in this public forum. You can see which forms should be mailed in based on your filing by renewing the details here. If you need us to take a closer look, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here. This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible.
I called again and the rep didn’t know what I was talking about either and she couldn’t go into the taxes once it’s e-filed. So basically I have to wait for the IRS to send me something if I did something wrong or I need to send something else in. It wasn’t too helpful if they can’t see our taxes.
Thank you for the update. Yes, customer service agents can't see if has already been filed. The IRS will notify you via a letter if there are any issues.
