Why won't CRA let me autofill my spouse's tax info. despite the fact that I registered as her agent ?

Why won't CRA let me autofill my spouse's tax info. despite the fact that I registered as her agent ?

If you are using TTO or TTD to file your wife's return with yours, you don't need to represent your wife as her agent. In another word, you don't need to use your Rep-A-Client ID. Just use the "My Account"  information when filling the returns.

If you are using Profile to file the return, then you need to use your Rep-A-Client ID.  Contact Profile for assistance at 1-800-452-9970
